Michkeal Lewis has worked for Harris County for 20 years and currently holds the rank of Captain. Captain Lewis has spent his career working in the Civil Process. The last 17 years he has worked in the Civil Division where he has served as a deputy, Sergeant and now Captain and oversees all operations in the Civil Division through his diverse training and knowledge of handling civil process and civil related issues in Harris County. He is a graduate from Midwestern State University receiving both a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
