Captain Ganey started his law enforcement career with the Harris County Sheriffs’ Office in 1988 and came to Precinct 3 in 1993 where he served as patrol deputy working traffic enforcement in the Crosby and Highlands communities. He has held the ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant and now Captain assigned to the Patrol Division. He is also the department’s liaison with all communities and schools that currently have contracted patrol services. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master Peace Officer License and is a TCOLE Instructor.
